Through investigating the history of scientific elevelopment, the internal factor and
social environment of science development are discussed. It points out the production and
development of science have close relation with not only philosophy but also external environment
such as economy, politics, education and military affairs. Scientific development depends on the
interaction of internal and external factors, we should put scientific development into the more
complex background.
