Abstract:
It applies three hypotheses about ESL acquisiton theory into the research on the rela- tions between learners' input and output of language rules and language practice with an attempt to find an effective way to combine the two abilites.The requirement,condition and types of the language environment design are put forward, as well as the feasibility.It concludes: the creation of quasi-environment contributes to the cultivation of learners' producing skills in the course of using language rules,consequently nurturing their competence in communication.
