- Abstract:
- The Book of He Guan Zi is the corpus of treatise written by He Guan Zi and his
doctrine that belonged to the Daoist school in the last stage of the Warring States. Although it
has complex contents and widely absorbed the thoughts of benevolence, righteousness, rite, law,
etc. its main political inclination is governing by Dao and doing nothing that goes against nature,
its political attitude and social ideal is mainly naturalism. He Guan Zi 's political choice is very
difficulty before the harsh political reality.
