On the base of analyzing a modern examining expert dictionary of science and
technology periodical, the shortages and advantages of the present expert bases are discussed.
With the successful experiences of author's establishing base, it is very important to strengthen
expert information, establish suitable model of information expressing and enforce passive and
initiative modifying of expertinformation base, which is the basic guarountee of establishing high
level, high quality and complete expert information base.
