Abstract:
The tendency of political culture of“ Wen Zi” is Taoist Governing political culture of King Huang and Lao Zi. It's subjects are about the sage, the perfect man, the gentleman, the king and the true man etc, these ideas reflect its mixed attitudes to the rulers. Although its Taoist Governing attitude assimilates the principles of ruling by man of the Confucianist and by law of Legalists, it oversteps the two schools' limitations and restricts the king 's power by Taoist governing political culture, and realizes the regularity of the history's rise and decline, order and disorder.“Wen Zi” has systematic thoughts ruling by Tao and strong sentiment of the Populism.
