In China, the certain property right and organizition structure make that the
enterprises managements have an important influence on the operating efficiency of State-owned
Commercial Banks Assets.The distorted behaviour of enterpises is an element factor to result in
inefficient operating of State-owned Commercial Banks Assets. The structure of enterprise's
sheet of assets and debts decides that the enterprise relies on the bank, the most funds needed
by enterprise comes from bank, if enterprise takes risk in its management, the bank's assets
will be influenced.This problem can only be resolved by the further reform of both enterprises
and banks.
