Abstract:: In terms of the problems existing in Chinas internet private hire vehicles under the background of “Internet +”, such as market failure and inapplicable regulation policy, this paper, under the theoretical framework of regulation economics, analyzed the formation process and main content of the regulation policy of Chinas internet private hire vehicles on the basis of its service category. It is suggested that the current regulation policy system is relatively complete, but its content and means is too rigid; The design of regulation system should take the characteristics of internet private hire vehicles into consideration and be improved from the regulation subject, regulation object, regulation contents and regulation means.
