- ZHUANG Zi puts forward“heartlessness”in the article of De Chong Fuwhich is one of the key ideas throughout ZHUANG Zi. Based on document analysis and comparisons, this pater proposed that the concept of “heartlessness” in Book of ZHUANG Zi has three meanings：the first is to abandon worldly vanity which is an addation to natural human virtue，and to restore the natural feeling，instead of having any emotion；the second is to go beyond the limited knowledge in order to achieve “truth”，and to absolutly grasp“Tao”，instead of antiintellectualism；the third is to abandon selfcentered view to evaluate what is good or bad，useful or useless，and to think every things equal in value.
