- Abstract:
- Taking LU Jia, JIA Yi, and HAN Ying as examples, this paper studied the governance thought early Han Dynastys Confucians. It proposed that early Han Dynastys Confucians criticized and rethought Qin Dynastys tyranny and downfall, and put forward their own governance thought: LU Jia claimed righteousness and morality as the basis; JIA Yi emphasized righteousness and the balance of ethical morality and law; HAN Ying focused on the unity of benevolence and etiquette and regarded benevolent government as basis. The research results show that theses governance thoughts provide important thought resources for the governance model of todays national governance modern countries, and have great significance for the promotion of national governance system and the modernization of governance ability.
