- Abstract:
- In order to study the social and cultural influence of womens political participation in early Tang Dynasty, the major womens political participation events were analyzed by document analysis. It is shown that the noble identity of ZHANGSUN Empress influences the political situation and power of the imperial government, and greatly contributes the dissuasion in Taizong Emperor Dynasty; WU Zetian advocates the system of imperial examination of selecting talents, which affacts the the promotion and demotion, change and flow of social class; SHANGGUAN Waner, who was at the key point of the development of literature of Tang Dynasty, contributes to the plentiful palace poetry and the vigorous and wild aesthetic pursuit by commenting on poetry.
