At the same time, inappropriate media reports will also affect the independence of the judiciary, obstruct justice, and violate legitimate rights and interests of the criminal suspect and the victim. On the basis of analyzing the positive and negative impacts of media reports on criminal justice, the coordinate strategies between media reports and criminal justice are proposed: Adhere to human rights priority principle of criminal suspects and victims, avoid the influence of media reports on judicial personnel through strengthening their self-discipline, and improve the criminal justice system, so as to coordinate the contradiction between media reports and criminal justice, giving full play to its positive role.
