- Abstract:
- The study of organizational knowledge creation emphasizes on core link of the conversion from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge, but the premise of that is how possible the tacit knowledge is. Taken the Platos theory of learning which is learning means recalling as the proper pointcut of the research,tacit knowledge is considered as consisting of analysis and synthesis. The essence of conversion from tacit knowledge in analysis form to explicit knowledge lies in exploring the knowledge that is contained in the related explicit knowledge but not be conscious of by cognitive subject, while the essence of conversion from synthesis tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge is that the cognitive subject tries hard to look for the knowledge relate to theme and deduces the rules and then the corresponding tacit knowledge is obtained. It can thus be seen that tacit knowledge involving in organizational knowledge creation not only is possible, but also can be transformed into explicit knowledge.
