Abstract:
In view of the leading position of American cultural industry, on the basis of the analysis of the ideas and content of policy, and the effect of policy implementation of American cultural industry, Chinese cultural industry policy is put forward, according to Chinese national conditions, and with the essence of American cultural industry policy absorbed. This cultural industry policy is stated as following: the gradual progression of the policy with market force introduced; and the flexibility of the policy suiting the local circumstances to develop the cultural industry; the normalization of the policy to maintain the continuity of cultural industry policy; industry-orientation of the policy to promote the development of industry associations and harmonization of organization to realize coordinated management.
