Abstract:

Based on the actual situation of Shaanxi cultural industry, this paper analyzes the limitations of government cultural management mode, such as the unsmooth system, the lagging policy and the relatively single mode of culture management; it also explores multiple governance multicultural paths of government cultural management, such as the construction of “big cultural” management system, the improvement of cultural management system and the exploration of government-leading multicultural management model.
