Abstract:
From the present development of digital publishing of academic journals, the causes and the influences of the digital exclusive license agreement of academic journals publishing are analyzed. The win-win mode of all parties is explored based on the analysis of the drawbacks of the digital exclusive license agreement, and certain suggestions are provided for the healthy and sustainable development of digital publishing of academic journals.
