Abstract:
At recent practices of criminal reconciliation, the relation between the working pressure of the personnel in charge of the case and the value of criminal reconciliation has been becoming strained because of their heavy working pressure. In order to solve this problem, measures such as emphasizing the role that people's mediation committee has played, inviting some stakeholders to take part in mediation, perfecting legislation on the fundamental standards of economic reparation, setting up a multiple way of reparation or compensation, and strengthening status of community correction should be taken.
