Abstract:
Based on hi-tech industries zone theory and corporate theory, this paper compares the group operation patterns between Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone(Xi'an HTDZ)and Yang-ling Agricultural Hi-tech Industries Demonstration Zone(Yangling AHIDZ). The researcher thinks that both Xi'an HTDZ and Yangling AHIDZ achieved great success in their group operation and development. The author argues that the two groups have their own characteristics,advantages and disadvantages in operation patterns, so they should learn from each other. This research also agrees that there is still some room for improvement, such as the problems in corporate governance structure and company system, group investment decision-making, group industries distribution and leading industries to build. This paper also puts forward solutions to keeping stable leading system, building reasonable decision-making and risk prevention systems, and training strong industries based on related industries chains. This research finally points out that the groups operation patterns of these two industries zones will supply a mirror to other domestic industries zones when they are further developed.
