Abstract:
In order to promote the development of socialist new rural area and speed up the progress of urban and rural passenger transport integvation, the paper discusses the problems of the dispersion of jurisdiction, the lack of governmental finance and the differences of urban and rural passenger transport policy. With the idea of sustainable development for transportation, the authors set up the new development modes in governmental managing, traffic system and business managing, and build a quantitative evaluation index system. Finally, they provide simultaneity, the strategies and suggestions in public traffic development, the town and country planning, the investment policy, the law building and the market cultivating to push forward the progress of urban and rural passenger transport integration.
