Abstract:
In order to avoid or alleviate impact on land occupation of highway construction, use land rationally and achieve the coordination development of highway construction, land resources and natural environment, the authors analyzed the negative impact of land occupation on agriculture production and researched into the measures to avoid or mitigate the impact of highway construction according to survey and contrasting. From the aspects of highway plan, design, construction and agriculture structure readjustment, the authors propose the measurements to mitigation the damages: strengthen the land occupation in environmental impact approisal, decrease the height of embankment in plain terrain, increase the position of route in hill terrain, select proper technological index for different road section, design the danger-avoid roadway, take full use of public participation to decrease the temporary land occupation, ensure the implementation of temporary land occupation and farmland irrigation restoring.
