Abstract:
Envirnmental protection should be placed at more important strategic position in order to carry out the concept of scientific development and construct socialist harmonious societies. As a vital force in the realm of environmental protection in China, Chinese environmental non- governmental organization(NGO)has great effect in solving environmental problems. This paper introduces the development status of the NGO,indicates some problems in the developing process and analyzes the characteristics and roles of the NGO. Measures to perfect the roles of the NGO are proposed in this paper so that it can help the NGO to take full effect in the realm of enviromental protection.
