Abstract:
nrecentyears,“consumercampaign” isontheupgrade.Consumersbegantopaygreat attentiontotheproductionactandlaborcriterionbehindtheproducts.Thecampaigncalled“Corporation SocialRespornsibility” emerged as the time required. Socialrespensibilityrequires corporations especiallythetransnationalcorporationstobeartheirsocialliabilityinthemarketcompetitionintheir domesticcountriesandthehostcountries,inotherwordstoguaranteeessentialhumanrightsandlabor rights.SAS000(SocialAccountability8000)suppliedakindofstandtocorporationstomeasureifthey havebeartheirsocialresponsibilitywellornot.Inpacewiththeglobalizationthecampaignofcorporation socialliabilitywillhavegreatinfluenceontheprotectionofhumanrightsandlaborrights.
