Inviewofthemajorproblemsinurbandevelopment,thispaperputsforwardthatsustainable developmentcanberealizedbyurbanmanagement.Urbanmanagementisanobjectlawinthehistoryof urbanconstructionanddevelopment.Urbanmanagementshouldbeguidedbytheimagemoldofthecity, dependonthescientificandreasonableurbanplan,baseonthemanagementoflandresourcesinurban area,andquickenthespeedofcommercializingonthebasicfacilitiesofthecity.
