Abstract:

With the quicker speed ofthe urbanization in China, population and industries are concentratedtowardcitycontinuouslyandquicklywhichmakethecityinfrastructuresharplyinshort supplycompared with the huge demand. Byanalyzing the presentcondition and limitation ofthe traditionalfinancingmeansforcityconstruction,thepaperputsforward how toactualizemechanical innovationoffinance meansforcityconstruction byestablishing urban public finance management concept,operatingtheurbanpublicproductthrowmarketmeans,publishingthelocalgovernmentbond throughamarket,makinguseoftheitem financingandsettingupsystem ofusercharge,etc.
