This paper has pointed out strategic significance of developing of contemporary cities and
towns in terms of humanity history. Namely traditional document defines living environment by
human personification, deepens and analyses ancient natural view by humane spirit direction. Its
positive meaning lies in the important using value of development and ecological environment of the
city. Especially view of“multi-layer steamed bread mode” in the architecture, combined with unified
geography, and the comprehensive geography theory with a complementary relation will make the
intension of urban planning as a systematic science relying mainly on humane geography. It is of
practical feasibility and long-term meaning.
