Abstract:
A new society of the first West-Han dynasty is discovered because of the finding and declaring of The Laws of the Second Year in the Han bamboo slips of Zhangjiashan.One of them is The Law of Historian (Shi),which reflects how to educate, test and appoint the special persons such as Shi,Bu,Zhu. In Pre-Qin dynasty, they dealed with some social works, in addition, they recorded and coordinated the thoughts and civilization, so that theywere one of the creators of the traditional culture. In the firstWest-Han dynasty, this condition was not changed on the whole.The review of their education will have advantages to our revolution and innovation in all kinds of education, even in special education.
