Abstract:
The ability of academic journal editors is a key factor to influece journals development in information society. The ability structure of editors are disucussed. It is pointed out that the inovation ability, academic research ability, the communication ability through internet, the following ability for sci-tech development, the reporting ability for great program are the frame of the ability structure. How to develop those abilities is put forward.
