Abstract:
The promulgated uniform contract law has supplied the gap of legal adjustment on commission contract. It has also established the civil law mode of commission contract law. The introduction and innovation of the device on intervention right in commission contract law are reviewed. It is stated that the commissioner's duty of direct performance is based on the agreement of the contractual parties.
