Abstract:: Based on researching real estate financial market actually in China, the unreasoned phenomena are analyzed. The following aspects are proposed, such as establishing restrict mechanism in real estate financial market with the occupation attorney, realizing mortgage- backed security exchange, developing nonprofit insurance organization, slandardizing loan contract of real estate, compensating management fee of credit bank with reason, building up financial serve net for the real estate market.
