Abstract:: To explore the improving path of the interaction between urbanization and urban culture, this paper studied the interaction between urbanization and urban culture and analyzed the development patterns of the interaction between urbanized strategies and urbanized interaction of international metropolises by taking London and Tokyo as examples. The research results show that urban culture is the product of history and reality and the vivid reflection of the organic combination of the historical tradition and the spirit of the times. In the new media era, urban culture has gradually become the first force to promote the development of the city. Urbanization should be promoted though programming, policyfollowup, and projectdriven. 
